ncu – blue & white

i went back to my trusty gradient for this one!

it turned out so wintery. like a cold dark evening with fresh sparkly snow on the ground :) it’s a very textured design – the glitter at the tip and then the blue is a “velvet.” i love textured designs and just run my fingers over my nails all day.
